All of my wedding packages include an engagement session, which gives you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and see how I work. By the time your wedding day arrives, everything feels natural and familiar. About two weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet to build a thoughtful timeline that keeps the day running smoothly without feeling rushed. On your wedding day, I pay close attention to the details and in-between moments, while also making sure you have the classic images that will continue to feel beautiful years from now.

1.Fill out the form
Getting started is simple. Fill out the contact form below and share a bit about what you’re planning. This helps me understand what you’re looking for and make sure I send over the information that’s most helpful to you.
Whether you’re ready to book or just beginning to explore options, I’m always happy to answer questions and help you feel confident about the next step.
2. In person or Virtual consultation
Once you’ve reached out, we’ll set up a consultation to talk through your vision and make sure we’re a good fit. Whether that’s in person, over video, by phone, or through messaging, I’m happy to meet in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
If possible, I do recommend meeting in person. There’s something valuable about connecting face to face and making sure you feel at ease before stepping in front of the camera.
3.Secure your date!
Once we’ve connected and you’re ready to move forward, the next step is simple. To officially reserve your date, you’ll complete a contract and submit a 30% non-refundable retainer. This secures your wedding day on my calendar and allows us to move ahead with planning and preparation.
From there, you can check photography off your list and focus on enjoying what’s ahead.
4.Engagement Session and Wedding Day Prep
Once your date is secured, we’ll get your engagement session on the calendar. This session is a chance for you to get comfortable with my approach and what it feels like to be photographed, so by the time your wedding day arrives, everything feels familiar and relaxed.
About two weeks before the wedding, we’ll connect to build a thoughtful timeline and go over any remaining details. My goal is to make sure everything feels seamless, so you can focus on being present and enjoying your day.

What’s included in your wedding packages?
All wedding packages include thoughtful coverage of your day, professional editing, and an online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing your images. Engagement sessions are included in wedding collections and are designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before the big day.
How many images will we receive?
You can expect about 75-100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
When will we receive our wedding photos?
Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks. Your images will be delivered through an online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.
What if we’re not sure which package is right for us?
That’s completely okay. During your consultation, we’ll talk through your plans and priorities so I can help guide you toward the best fit for your day.
What’s the difference between a second photographer and an assistant?
A second photographer is an additional professional photographer who captures images alongside me on your wedding day. This allows for more comprehensive coverage, such as photographing different locations at the same time, capturing alternative angles, and documenting moments that happen simultaneously.
An assistant supports me throughout the day by helping with logistics, lighting, and overall flow, and may also take photos as needed under my direction. An assistant helps ensure everything runs smoothly, but they are not intended to provide the same level of independent coverage as a second photographer.
